OPTIMA CHEMICALS LLC has acquired the assets of Optima Chemicals Inc., a custom manufacturing plant in Douglas, Ga. Optima Chemicals LLC was formed by the agency of Charles A Hinnant, president of Charkit Chemical Corporation of Darien, Conn together with a form into groups of investors, including Garth Burghard. Charkit says the acquisition will strengthen its custom manufacturing business.
